Undoing your Personal Productivity: Resisting Change

I’ve got a question to the readership…….when you implemented a trusted system for getting things done, was it easy or was it hard? Did you resist it, or were you ready to accept whatever changes need to be made?
I am of the opinion that when change is afoot, the body may sub-consciously not want the change, and sets up roadblocks or excuses for that change not to occur. I’m not sure if the conscious mind knows this or not.
What have your experiences been when trying to direct change within yourself or other people? Does resistance occur? Do you think it’s consciously or sub-consciously?
Let’s ponder on this……can you give me your thoughts?
