Part XVIII – GTD Mastery 100
Welcome back!
52. I am subscribed to GTD Connect and have listened to much of the material there.
I had the free 14 day trial, but I con honestly say that I feel the subscription price of $48 a month ( if you go the monthly route) is quite a chunk of change. I myself do not think that David Allen owes anyone anything, or that all his content should be freely available. But I DO think that the price tag is way too high. He makes so much money from his speaking engagements and all other sales that I do not see why this subscription has to cost so much. I’m sure there is value to it, but $600+ a year? I can sure think of a great deal of ways that $600 could be spent in this household. I also cannot find any reference that any of the proceeds of GTD go to any sort of charity. If I pay that chuck of change for a service, I would expect that the receiving business make some sort of charitable contribution. If they did, I’m more likely to swallow the $$ pill.
53. I have listened to the 43 Folders podcasts with David Allen.
I went to Merlin’s site and cannot get the MP3 file to download, so I cannot listen to it. I’d like to and if any of you can get the download, please let me know and post it on a public service so that we can all benefit. This is the link for the post that has all the episodes.
54. I have coached 3 people in successfully implementing GTD into their lives.
This is an interesting question. Do all my friends here at FFOP count? 
I hope so – that would mean I’ve been able to positively affect the lives of thousands of people in getting organized, productive, and Getting Things Done. That makes me feel very good, and that’s the main reason that I started writing about productivity, organization and GTD. I like to help others and hope to have a positive impact on all that come across FFOP.
